my disproportionate reactions fuse with my eager state

my grief goes on for eons. it’s a slow sorrow, like a mountain, outliving all others, overlooking everything, casting a shadow over all. i’m petty, insignificant. like a lone insect bashing itself on a light over and over, ‘tis my sun, my orientation, my world to be petty and insignificant. duality, ha.
